Narration sentence highlighting is idle.

The sound of "Let It Happen" is glossy, but the gloss is not emptiness. The opening drums are clipped and clean, the bright figure runs in place, and the bass gives the surface a floor. Everything feels polished enough to hide strain until the song chooses to expose it.

Parker's voice is mixed as part of the moving surface. He arrives with a soft edge, almost level with the instruments, so the lyric does not halt the mechanism. The production makes the voice another current inside the track rather than a narrator standing apart from it.

The low end does important emotional work. It keeps the upper motion from becoming weightless, especially as the lyric turns toward pursuit and alarm. The track can sound calm because the bottom is quietly bearing pressure.

The central stutter is the key sound event. It is not a comic glitch pasted onto the song. The voice becomes chopped signal, keyboard color, and rhythmic material while the pulse survives underneath. Smoothness fails, but motion does not.

After the stutter, the return sounds cleaner and stranger at once. The same bright surfaces are back, but now their polish carries memory. The ear has heard the machine catch; the later glide feels earned rather than automatic.

The ending works by subtraction. Edges thin, the bass becomes aftercurrent, and the top of the track loses command without collapsing. The final sound is not release as explosion. It is control leaving the room piece by piece.
