Damaged Android

The title gives the wordless track its frame: damage is not collapse, but impaired function. The music behaves like a machine that can still move, though every repeated step carries strain. Its steady pulse makes the body trust the count, while the scuffed attacks and dense surface make that trust uncomfortable.

That is why the ending matters. The pattern breaks near the last minute do not become freedom; they are glitches the system absorbs while continuing forward. When the pressure finally loosens around 3:12 and the current cuts after 3:17, the track does not cure the damage. It stops the mechanism and leaves the listener with the feeling that the walk could begin again if power returned.
