The piece opens with a hard orchestral strike. Brass and percussion right at the front, no preparation, just the hit and motion already loose.

The pulse has caught now, somewhere around 152 beats per minute. You can find the beat, but the accents keep landing at odd angles around it.

The repeated figure takes over. Same shape throwing forward, dropping back, lifting again. The rhythm is steady but the attacks never settle into a clean march.

The low register and the sharp upper attacks lock together here. Repeated gestures, short drops, sudden flares. The orchestra keeps them coming.

First real shift of weight. The music doesn't empty out. It rebalances. Sustained tones underneath give the rhythm a warmer, darker color.

The same pattern finds its way back in. Phrase lifting, phrase dropping, the orchestra tightening around a familiar shape. The accents keep scuffing the surface without breaking open.

A brief withdrawal, then the drive returns with more weight behind it.

Back in the rhythmic center. The repeated patterns feel less like a chase now, more like a ritual of charge and return.

The orchestration tightens, phrase drops more pointed. By 3:19 the sound has a sharper edge again.

A bright ornamental flash cuts through, like a spark off metal. Then weight gathers under the motion.

The orchestra starts giving back intensity in pieces. Phrases drop away, build again, lift briefly, then thin into gaps. The dance catching on its own edges.

Silence becomes structural here. The returns after the gaps are small. Fragments of the pattern still trying to restart.

The gaps stop recovering. The rhythmic grip recedes and the pattern starts to fracture.

The last silence. The motion withdraws from what it seized at the start.
