Hans Zimmer
Time
"Time" uses its title as an instruction for listening. The piece does not explain time with words; it makes duration physical by repeating a small figure until every addition feels like memory accumulating on the same frame.
That is why the build matters. The track's meaning is not simply uplift or sadness, but the pressure of being carried forward by a count that will not stop. When the late gaps arrive after 4:02, absence becomes part of the argument. The piece has taught the listener to expect continuation, so the ending feels like time still moving after the sound has nearly left.
