Indicators
Technical indicators used by the Sellemain dashboard managers, grouped by category.
Overlays
Smooths out price data by averaging the last N closing prices, making trends easier to spot.
Like a moving average, but gives more weight to recent prices so it reacts faster to changes.
The average price weighted by volume. Shows the "fair" price for the trading day so far.
A trailing stop indicator that places dots above or below price. When price crosses the dots, the trend has reversed.
A smoothed moving average that weighs the entire price history cumulatively, reacting more slowly than EMA.
Horizontal price levels calculated from the prior day that act as potential support and resistance.
Oscillators
Measures how overbought or oversold a stock is on a 0-100 scale.
Tracks the relationship between two moving averages to spot momentum shifts.
A fast oscillator that measures where the current price sits relative to its recent high-low range.
Measures how far price has deviated from its statistical average. High readings mean stretched; low readings mean beaten down.
Three lines that measure trend direction and strength. The ADX line tells you whether a trend is worth trading at all.
A histogram that measures whether short-term momentum is stronger or weaker than medium-term momentum.
